- AI-powered lead generation systems (Lead Generator “Dominator”)

- Custom React.js website design and development

3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
- Setup Fees: Some products include a one-time setup fee charged at the time of purchase.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, AI models, designs, and other intellectual property associated with SeoniX AI and our Services are and remain the property of SeoniX AI or our licensors.
Websites, content, and digital assets we create for you as part of a paid service are owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, underlying frameworks, AI models, proprietary tools, and SeoniX AI branding remain our intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use the Services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without prior written consent
7. Service Level & Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted products and services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For products with 24/7 support, we aim to respond to critical issues within 1 hour and non-critical issues within 24 hours during business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeoniX AI and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While our AI-powered tools are designed to improve SEO rankings and lead generation, we do not guarantee specific results, search engine positions, or revenue outcomes.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
You may request data export within 30 days of account termination. After this period, we are not obligated to retain your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
